Cancelling

You can cancel Dylas Pro at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro features stay available until the end of the paid period.

EU right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital services contract. Because Dylas is supplied immediately, starting to use Pro analyses counts as requesting immediate performance, and you may be charged proportionally for what you used before withdrawing.

Refunds we grant

• Duplicate or accidental double charges.
• Charges after a valid cancellation.
• Extended outages that prevented you from using paid features.

Refunds we normally decline

• Dissatisfaction with an analysis result or a purchase you made.
• Unused analyses in a period that has already elapsed.
