Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Dylas, a business established in Lithuania ("Dylas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Dylas analyzes second-hand listings you submit and produces an informational assessment: an estimated market value range, a deal score, possible red flags, condition notes, suggested questions and negotiation guidance. Results are estimates generated by automated analysis and may be incomplete or wrong.

2. Not professional advice

Dylas does not inspect items, does not verify sellers and is not a valuation, legal, financial or mechanical advisory service. Every purchase decision is yours alone.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a limited number of analyses per calendar month. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and VAT is added where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are therefore governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, in addition to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Dylas owns, and retains all rights in, the service and everything that makes it up: the software, models, prompts, analysis logic, documentation, design, name and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit content you have no right to submit.
• Do not scrape, resell or systematically redistribute analysis output.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and analysis quality depends on third-party AI providers.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dylas is not liable for losses arising from purchase decisions, inaccurate estimates, listing fraud or unavailability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dylas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence within the EU.
